Client Personal Items To Include   

Incentives offered to attract a buyer can occur before and during the showing process.  Some items, particularly if you are not going to need them in you next home or are purchasing new ones, can often add value to the buyer.  Items can either be included out right or can be listed as  “negotiable”.   

 

Here are some items that are typically available for inclusion or negotiation:
